Shipping Policy

DELIVERY

FREE DELIVERY TO CANADA
We offer free delivery to Canada (excluding remote territories and regions) for all orders over $100, after discounts and before taxes. Some exclusions apply.

Once your order is placed, please allow up to 48 hours before your package is shipped. This timeframe may vary depending on demand during certain periods. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.

The usual delivery time is 2 to 3 business days in Quebec, 6 to 8 days for most regions of Canada, and up to 10 days for orders placed from the United States or Canadian territories. Couriers typically deliver between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. If you are not present or available during delivery, the driver will leave a delivery confirmation. Please read the information on the delivery slip for more details.

DELIVERY TO USA, REMOTE REGIONS, OR INTERNATIONAL
Delivery to the United States, Canadian territories, or remote regions will benefit from competitive shipping rates automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size of the item, and delivery location.

We do not currently ship internationally; please contact us via email for a quote.

We ask you to check your local tax laws before placing an order to better estimate any potential supplements.

EXCLUSION
Our clearance products (40%+) are not eligible for free delivery to Canada. Products in the clearance/clothing category have a fixed delivery cost of between $25 and $35. Products in the clearance/equipment category have a fixed delivery cost between $35 and $65.

Certain products such as mountain bikes, ski simulators, or very large ski bags are only available for in-store pickup due to their size. Please contact us if you wish to have one of these products delivered.

DELIVERY TRACKING
Please follow the tracking notification email for constant updates on the delivery status of your order.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered during payment is complete and accurate. Please add suite or apartment numbers if necessary.

If a package is undeliverable due to missing information or an incorrect address, the package will be returned to Sommets, and there may be restocking fees.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If items in your package are damaged upon receipt of your order, please contact us at [email protected] and provide photos of the products in question.

IN-STORE PICKUP

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Choose the "In-Store Pickup" option during checkout. Your items can only be picked up at La Boutique Les Sommets.

  2. We will send you a "Ready for Pickup" email when your item is ready and waiting for you at the store.

  3. Once you have received your "Ready for Pickup" email, go to the store to pick up your items. The instructions in your "Ready for Pickup" email will tell you how to retrieve your order.

Items in stock will be ready for pickup within 24 hours. You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed, and a second email once the order is ready for pickup. Please wait to receive the "Ready for Pickup" email before going to the store to retrieve your order.

PROCESSING ORDER
Items that are ready within 24 hours will be held for 14 days after you receive your email. You will receive an email once the item is ready for pickup, a reminder email 24 hours later, and a cancellation email if you do not pick up the order within 7 days.

IN-STORE PICKUP RETURNS
Our standard return policy applies to in-store pickup orders. Please note that in-store pickup orders are only eligible for return and cannot be exchanged online.

EXCLUSION
Some items may not be available for in-store pickup due to limited availability and shipping restrictions.
