Return Policy

Our merchandise return policy lasts 10 days. If more than 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, have all labels and must not have been washed. We are unable to accept returns on certain items; underwear, hoods, mittens, gloves, swimsuits, sandals and shoes.

Other items not permitted for return:
* Gift cards.
* Certain health and personal care products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Once the return is received and inspected at our facilities, processing time may take up to 5 business days. We will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.


If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first,
then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Clearance items (40%+) are considered final sale and are non-refundable.


Only the products and their applicable taxes are eligible for reimbursement. Shipping costs for the initial delivery of the order are not eligible for refund.


If your order has been delivered to you, you have the option of physically returning the item to us at L'Atelier les Sommets during our opening hours to obtain your refund free of charge. If you cannot travel, you can always return your order to us at your expense to the following address:

Once the return is received at our facilities, processing time may take up to 5 business days. As soon as the return has been made on our side, we will send you an email notification.


All products sold on are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Our store undertakes to follow up with the supplier for you for the duration of the warranty for the items purchased.
