Dale of Norway SPIRIT Men's Vest

This is the 2021/22 team jacket for the Norwegian Alpine Ski Team. The jacket takes its design cues from our official Norwegian team sweater for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. The star pattern originates from the classic Norwegian eight-petal rose. The form is sharpened and crystallized, inspired by Chinese paper folding (called zhezhi) and Asian cartoons.

The Spirit jacket is made of 100% skin soft merino wool, in a durable double-knit construction – ideal for an active lifestyle. The jacket features a two-way zipper in front, padded flag colored stripes on the shoulders and elbow padding – hints to alpine sweaters from the 70s. Padded letters spelling “Norway” are knitted discretely into the back, only revealed when the light casts shadows.
